Geir Olsen

Geir Olsen is a Board Member of Origination and a seasoned global business leader with deep expertise in strategy, transformation, and growth.

He is a Senior Partner and former Head of Europe at Kearney one of the world's leading management consulting firms, currently based in Lisbon, where he specialises in strategy development, large-scale transformation programs, organisational design, and supply chain performance across industries.

Geir has extensive consulting and leadership experience, having led major client engagements in growth strategy, operating model redesign, global sourcing, and mergers & acquisitions. Within Kearney, he has held key leadership roles including Nordic Business Unit lead, partner advisor, member of the global talent team, and member of the Europe, Middle East & Africa leadership team as well as serving on Kearney's Board of Directors.

Outside Origination, Geir serves in other board and leadership roles, including as Executive Chair of Vivicta, Chair of Vergence and Board Member of Timik Group.
